Refunds
Our service offers a free plan which allows you to test all features of the service and if it works for your use case, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once you purchase a paid plan.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If refund will be applied, the amount of unused service time minus the PayPal fees will be returned within 7 working days to your PayPal account.
